Heroku: Intermittent push and unidling errors
The hot spare for the database was not known to be in a usable state due to missing information in the management UI. We are improving our monitoring to monitor the status of the hot spare to ensure that it is in a usable state. We are also improving the documentation around failing over to the hot spare since it was also not immediately obvious to the responding engineers what the procedure was.
